1. General Provisions

1.1 Welcome to Red Fun Planet.
Thank you for using the “Red Fun Planet” Financial Literacy Education Platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”). Please read this Agreement carefully and thoroughly understand all terms and conditions, especially those that limit liability, specify governing law, and outline dispute resolution procedures.

1.2 Acceptance of the Agreement.
By clicking “Agree” and completing the registration process, or by using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue registration or use of the Platform.

 

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1 Eligibility.
Before registering, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the People’s Republic of China (or other applicable jurisdictions).
If you are under 18 years of age, and especially if you are under 14, you should read this Agreement under the supervision of your parent or legal guardian, and obtain their consent before using the Platform.

2.2 Account Information.
You are required to provide a valid mobile phone number or email address and create a secure password during registration. All information provided must be true, accurate, complete, and lawful. You are responsible for updating your information in a timely manner. Any losses resulting from inaccurate or outdated information shall be solely borne by you.

2.3 Account Security.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to:

• (a) Immediately notify the Platform of any unauthorized use of your account; and

• (b) Ensure that you log out securely after each session.

 

3. User Conduct

3.1 Lawful Use.
You agree to comply with all applicable national and local laws, public order, and social morality when using the Platform. You shall not:

• (a) Disseminate information that endangers national security, public interest, or social stability;

• (b) Engage in or promote money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activities;

• (c) Infringe upon the intellectual property, trade secrets, or privacy rights of others;

• (d) Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform.

3.2 Content Responsibility.
Any content you publish or transmit through the Platform (including but not limited to comments, questions, and simulated trading records) reflects only your personal views. You shall bear full legal responsibility for such content, and it does not represent the opinions or positions of the Platform.

 

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership.
All content provided by the Platform—including but not limited to courses, text, graphics, logos, audio, video, and software—belongs to Red Fun Planet or its respective rights holders.

4.2 Use Restrictions.
Without prior written consent from the Platform or the rights holder, you may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or otherwise use any content of the Platform for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

 

5. Modification, Suspension, and Termination of Services

5.1 Right to Modify or Suspend Services.
Due to the nature of online services, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate part or all of its services at any time without prior notice. The Platform shall not be liable to you or any third party for such suspension or termination.

5.2 Termination of Account.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and pursue legal responsibility if:

• (a) You violate any provision of this Agreement;

• (b) You engage in any illegal activity through the Platform; or

• (c) Such action is required by law, regulation, or order of competent authorities.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 Educational Purpose Only.
You acknowledge and agree that all courses, information, and simulation tools provided by the Platform are for educational and financial literacy purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, financial planning, or an invitation to trade. Any investment decision made based on such information is at your own risk.

6.2 Force Majeure and Technical Risks.
You understand that the Platform may be affected by force majeure events, network issues, computer viruses, or cyberattacks. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service or the timeliness, security, or accuracy of its services.

 

7. Amendments and Notifications

7.1 Right to Modify.
The Platform may amend this Agreement as necessary. The updated Agreement will be published on the Platform and will take effect upon publication.

7.2 User’s Duty to Review.
You should regularly review this Agreement. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

 

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

8.2 Dispute Resolution.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If no settlement is reached, either party may submit the dispute to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules then in force. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon both parties.

Professional Recommendations for Improvement

To enhance legal robustness and compliance with Singapore law:

• Add a Privacy Policy aligned with PDPA (detailing personal data collection, purpose, and retention).

• Include a Parental Consent Clause for minors under 14, specifying guardian responsibilities.

• Add a Limitation of Liability Clause, capping damages to a reasonable amount (e.g., “not exceeding the total amount paid by the user”).

• Clarify jurisdiction and enforcement, specifying Singapore courts for interim relief before arbitration if necessary.

• Include service availability disclaimers for maintenance or updates.
